She has experience supervising therapists in the academic setting at Colorado State University, therapists working at agencies, as well as therapists who are in a private practice setting. She uses a strengths-based approach to supervision and balances clinical development with self-of-the-therapist growth. AAMFT Approved Supervisor Mentorship

As an experienced AAMFT Approved Supervisor, Kaitlin is able to help therapists on their path towards achieving the AAMFT Approved Supervisor designation through mentorship hours. She can help to coach you as you grow in to your supervisory role and help apply what you’ve learned in your supervision course to your clinical supervision.
